Callie McGinley

Callie is serving as an Environmental Educator at Thorne Nature Experience. She is excited to help children and families foster a love of the natural world, while helping to ensure the future protection of our local and global environments. Callie graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Natural Resource Ecology and Management in 2019. During her studies, she was able to volunteer at Turning Point Therapeutic Riding Center, where she first developed a love of working with kids. Since graduating, she has worked with the USDA on a tick control research project in Maryland. In her free time, Callie can be found birding, fly fishing, and taking hikes with her dog, Josey.
