Jill Fricker (she/her) is a seasoned nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding mission-driven organizations. She has served in executive roles across Colorado’s nonprofit sector, with expertise in philanthropy, organizational strategy, and community engagement. Jill loves exploring Colorado’s lakes and camping. She and her partner are gratefully navigating life with two kids and two dogs. She believes in the boundless capacity of young people and is dedicated to holding space that nurtures their curiosity, confidence, and possibility.
