CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS

Thorne offers more than $300,000 in camp scholarships annually to low and middle-income families to help ensure that all children have the opportunity to participate in a Thorne summer camp.

PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

All partial scholarships for Thorne 2024 summer camps have been awarded. If your family would like to join the scholarship waitlist, please contact us at summercamp@nullthornenature.org.

Partial scholarships are available each year to help families that would not otherwise be able to afford camp for their child. During 2024, Thorne awarded approximately $35,000 in partial scholarships of $250 or $500 to 100 youth. Partial Scholarships were allocated on a first-applied first awarded basis dependent on availability of requested camp beginning when camp registration opened.

FULL SCHOLARSHIPS

All full scholarships for Thorne 2024 summer camps have been awarded. If your family would like to join the scholarship waitlist, please contact us at summercamp@nullthornenature.org.

Full scholarships are available each year for youth from low-income families or families experiencing a crisis like loss of housing due to a fire, severe illness of a family member, or a parent’s loss of employment. During 2024, Thorne awarded approximately 250 full scholarships, inclusive of Extended Care. Full scholarships were awarded through Thorne’s Nature Kids/Jóvenes de la Naturaleza (NKJN) program.
