Liliana (Lili) (she/her/hers), born in Caracas, Venezuela, holds a degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas. She began her career in marketing before starting her own business with her husband and working for 10 years as a Project Manager in her family’s businesses, including a cheese factory, a wholesale construction materials supplier, and a fuel distributor. Seeking new opportunities, she moved to Colorado with her family three years ago. A mother of three (Joaquin, Rodrigo, and Martin), Lili is passionate about teaching and working with children. She has enjoyed nature since childhood and worked as a recreation counselor in the Venezuelan Andes. With over 10 years of experience as a Math tutor for children and teenagers, Lili also spent a year as a Montessori assistant at a bilingual school and teaches Spanish to children aged 3 to 5 years.
